2. Booking and Payment

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the event date.

  • Payments are processed securely via ToyyibPay, and we accept credit/debit cards and online banking.

  • Once a booking is confirmed, the event arrangements, including food and venue, will be finalized based on the provided details.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Deposits are non-refundable as they cover the costs of initial event preparations, including food, venue, and logistics.

  • Cancellations will not be refunded due to the costs already incurred by our company.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances, rescheduling may be possible based on availability.

4. Event Changes

  • Any changes to the event details, including the date, time, or services, must be requested at least 7 days in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but availability is subject to the event schedule.

5. Liability

  • While we strive to provide high-quality services, Loverra.my is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of their guests during the event.

6. Personal Data
By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We will protect your information in accordance with data protection laws.

7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other events that prevent us from delivering our services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Malaysian law.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Loverra.my reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
