At Loverra.my, we strive to make your booking process smooth and secure. All payments for our event packages are processed through ToyyibPay, a trusted and secure online payment platform.

Payment Process:

  1. Booking Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be settled before the event date.

  2. Payment Methods: Payments can be made securely via ToyyibPay using various methods including credit/debit cards and online banking.

  3. Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable. However, rescheduling can be arranged based on availability.

  4. Payment Due Dates: The full payment must be completed no later than 3 days before the scheduled event.

  5. Security: ToyyibPay ensures that all transactions are encrypted and secure, providing peace of mind for both our clients and us.
