Event Preparation: Once the booking is confirmed, our team begins preparing for your event by securing the venue, ordering food, and arranging decorations. These actions incur costs that cannot be refunded.

Rescheduling: In certain cases, rescheduling may be possible depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to discuss rescheduling your event.
